Cody Cleveland
Cody Cleveland has practiced criminal law in Texas since 2007. Prior to opening his office in Waco, he spent over five years working as an Assistant District & County Attorney. Since leaving the District Attorney’s Office, he has practiced criminal defense law exclusively. During his time as a prosecutor and criminal defense lawyer, he has successfully handled all degrees of felonies and misdemeanors. Cody received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas in Denton. He later went on to acquire a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Upon graduating law school, Cody moved back to Texas and received his license to practice law from the State Bar. Cody currently practices in McLennan, Falls, Milam, Limestone, Bosque, Hill, Bell, and other surrounding counties in Central Texas.
